Celebrity Chef Eyal Shani Unveils Bella, His First Italian Restaurant, in Miami Beach

Renowned Israeli chef Eyal Shani has launched his inaugural Italian restaurant, Bella, in Miami Beach.

Located within the Liberty Park Hotel (formerly the South Beach Hotel), Bella opened its doors on January 29, 2026.

The restaurant embodies the spirit of an imagined Italian woman named Bella, whose energy influences both the menu and ambiance.

The menu, crafted in collaboration with Victor Gothelf, executive chef of Port Sa'id, features antipasti served from a central table, handmade pastas, seafood, and Shani's signature schnitzel.

Dishes are accompanied by whimsical descriptions, such as "the marrow of a dinosaur bone" and "a truly giant schnitzel (trust me)."

Designed by Veronica Mishaan, the 5,500-square-foot space includes a sunlit courtyard with ivy and flowers, centered around a vintage fountain reminiscent of an Italian piazza.

Bella's opening adds a distinctive Italian flair to Miami's vibrant culinary scene.
